Joy Riders

If you’re looking for fun, fellowship, and frolicking, The Joy Riders enjoy a number of excursions to nearby historical sites, scenic attractions and restaurants. This senior adult group has visited such places as the Biltmore House, the World War II Memorial in Bedford, Virginia; a beautiful rhododendron Farm in North Carolina; the High Point Museum; Bethabra Park; Mabry Mill on the Blue Ridge Parkway; and Mt. Airy North Carolina to visit the Andy Griffith museum.

Women’s Ministry

The Christian Women’s Fellowship invites all women, those who are members of First Christian Church and those who are not, to come together in Christian fellowship. Our goal is to build together our faith, service and love for one another and for Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Our purpose is to provide opportunities for spiritual growth, creative ministry, enrichment and service to all women; to prepare women for participation in the total life of the church; and to relate to all women of the church.

Men’s Ministry

The Christian Men’s Fellowship promotes fellowship among all men through monthly meetings and special events. Monthly evening meetings include dinner and special guest speakers.

The CMF hosts the annual Fish Fry, Valentine’s Day celebration, and Mother’s Day meal. In addition, the men’s Lunch Bunch meets every Tuesday morning at 11:30 a.m. at Clemmons Kitchen for food and fellowship.
